摘要
高效率的组织结构,给企业节约大量的成本费用,带来巨大的经济效益。因此对组织结构效率的研究已成为必要。由于影响组织结构的因素不易计量,本文在企业组织结构体系分析的基础上,用模糊计量的方式研究组织结构的效率问题。
Efficient organizational structure will cut a large amount of costs and bring large economic benefits.It's neces- sary for research of organizational structure efficiency.On basis of analysis of enterprise organizational structure system,the method of fuzzy measurement is used in research of organiza- tional structure efficiency because factors affecting organizational structure are difficult to calculate.
