Ni9铸钢沿晶断裂的研究

摘要 观察了Ni9铸钢的断口形貌,分析研究了沿晶断裂的形成原因,考察了稀土元素对沿晶断裂倾向的影响.结果表明Ni9铸钢中沿晶断裂的形成主要与杂质元素H、P在晶界偏聚有关.添加稀土后,钢的沿晶断裂倾向明显降低,脆性沿晶断裂消失. The fracture morphology of cast steel Ni9 is observed. The cause of intercrystalline fracture formation is studied. The tendency of intercrystalline fracture of cast steel both with and without rare earth addition is also researched. The results show that intercrystalline fracture formation of the cast steel Ni9 seems to be mainly related to the segregation of contaminants H and P along boundaries. In the case of addition of rare earth in cast steel Ni9 ,the tendency of intercrystalline fracture is remarkably reduced ,and the brittle intercrystalline fracture is nearly eliminated.
