摘要
以数值分析为手段研究了铸件凝固进程数值模拟计算误差的变化规律.研究表明:凝固数值模拟计算误差随网格尺寸的减小而减小,但时间步长对计算误差影响不大.凝固数值模拟结果(温度、固相率、液固界面位置等)存在波动现象,其产生原因是在凝固潜热计算中采用了温度回补法.
The numerical error in the numerical simulation of casting solidification is analyzed in detail. It is shown that the numerical error is decreased with the refinement of the element size,and is scarcely affected by the time step. There are the wave phenomena in the results of calculation which is produced by the recovering temperature method used to deal with the release of latent heat.
