Theoretical Trace in the Formation of Communicative Testing Models

本文简要评述了几个主要交际能力理论以及以之为基础的测量交际能力的理论模式,探寻了几个重要阶段交际性测试理论的发展轨迹,讨论了交际性测试理论框架对交际性测试的实践模式的形成和发展的推动作用。

This paper gives an mtrodnction to communicative competence theories presented by Hymes,Cananle & Swain and Baehman,and to some major communicativc language testing models based on the theories and used to measure communicative competence:models given respectively by Levine,Morrow,Swain and Bachman,and discusses the new concept of the language competence and the deep influence on the current language testing models brought by the development of the communicative competence theories in the recent three decades.
