摘要
作为学校班级与学生学习生活的组织管理与指导者,班主任的工作艺术反映着班主任工作的水平,班主任工作的水平决定着学生工作的质量。研究班主任工作艺术及其形成的基础和基本特征,为班主任有意识地提高自身素质乃至高水平地实现学生培养目标明确了方向。
A class teacher is the organizer and director of a class and students' study and life. His working art reflects his working level, which determines the quality of student management. To study the basis and characteristics of shaping a class teacher's working art is to define the task for him to improve his own qualities and attain the goal of cultivating qualified students.
