加强高师学生职业技能训练的构想与实践 被引量:2

摘要 高师加强学生教师职业技能训练是国际教师教育的总趋势,是我国实施素质教育的需要。为了提高训练效果,应采取"分类训练、整体提高"的训练策略,采用"正确认知——模仿练习——反馈改进——研讨运用"四环节多元化训练模式,制订切实有效的训练措施。训练中必须贯彻教师指导与学生自学自练相结合的原则,强调教师在讲清训练的内容、要求和方式方法后,重点在于指导、检查、督促学生自己花大量的时间进行练习。实践证明,我们提出的高师加强学生教师职业技能训练的策略、模式与措施是可行的、有效的。 To strengthen students' professional skill training in teachers colleges is the general trend of international teachers' education, is the need to carry out qualities education in our country. In order to increase the training effects, it is supposed to adopt the strategy of 'training in category and raising the training level as a whole', to employ the pluralistic training mode 'correct cognition-imitated exercise-feedback-research and application' and to work out practical training measures. In the training, it is necessary to follow the principle of combining teacher's coach and students' self-study, to stress that teachers have to instruct, examine and supervise students to spend much time on exercises. It is proved through practice that the strategy, mode and measures of strengthening students' professional skill training are practical and effective.
