On the Cultivation of Educational Technology Ability of Teachers College Students

现代教育技术的应用水平是衡量一所学校教育信息化水平和教育现代化水平的重要标志。然而,我国中小学教师应用现代教育技术的现状不容乐观。这主要表现为:教育技术理论薄弱、媒体使用率低、软件开发制作水平低、现代教育技术与学科整合能力差。要做好教育现代化的人才培养,高师教育就需突出"师范性",加强学生现代教育技术能力的培养。

The application of modern educational technology is an important measure of both the level of educational in- formatization and modernization of a school,however,it hasn't been so satisfactory in both middle schools and primary schools in our country.This is mainly reflected in such aspects as weak educational technology theory,a low rate of ap- plying media,a low level of developing and producing softwares,as well as weak ability of integrating modern educational technology and a particular course,In order to realize modernization of education,it should be started with teachers'col- lege students to cultivate their manipulation of modern educational technology with special attention paid to these two sides:that'being teachers'should be emphasized above all;and that the cultivation of students'ability of modern edu- cational technology be attended to in higher teachers'training.
