臀中肌蒂骨瓣移植加空心钉内固定治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折65例

Treatment of unstable femoral neck frackures in young and middle aged adults by gluteus medinm pedicel bone flap graft and screw internal fixation

目的观察臀中肌蒂骨瓣移植加空心钉内固定治疗青壮年移位型股骨颈骨折的方法和疗效。方法采用臀中肌蒂骨瓣移植加空心钉内固定治疗青壮年移位型股骨颈骨折65例。结果随访1—4年,骨折愈合率97%,股骨头坏死率6%,优良率96%。结论该术式操作简单、创伤小,能提高青壮年移位型股骨颈骨折的愈合率,避免发生股骨头缺血性坏死等严重并发症。

Objective To observe the effect of treatment of un- stable femoral neck frackures in young and middle aged adults by gluteus medinm pedicel hone flap graft and screw internal fixation.Methods 65 cases of unstable femoral neck frackures in young and middle aged adults were treated by gluteus reed- into pedicel bone flap graft and screw internal.Results The patients were followed up for 1-4 years.The rate of bone healing was 97%.The rate of ischemic necrosis of femoral head was 6%,The rate of excellent and good results was 96%.Conclusion The technique can improve the healing of the unstable femoral neck fraekures in young and middle aged adults and reduce complications in bone-formation and in avascular necrosis of femoral head,simple opration,minor tranma,good result.
