尿微量蛋白早期诊断高血压肾病的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 通过检测尿微量蛋白含量以探讨早期诊断高血压病肾脏损伤的方法。方法采用免疫速率散射比浊法检测尿免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、尿转铁蛋白(TRF)、尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)。结果 75例尿蛋白定性阴性高血压病患者尿IgG、TRF、mALB、α1-MG、β2-MG、RBP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001);将尿IgG、TRF、mALB、α1-MG、β2-MG、RBP联合检测在尿蛋白定性阴性的高血压病中阳性率可达90.67%,大大提高了阳性检出率。结论 检测尿微量白蛋白是诊断肾脏早期损伤灵敏、可靠的实验室指标。 Objective To provide method for early diagnostic of renal disease reloted to the hypertension throuth detect of microprotein. Methods Urinary IgG,transferring(TRF) ,microalbumin(mALB) ,α1 microglobulin(α1 - MG) ,RBP,β2 - MG were determined by immunoscat-termetry. Results The levels of urinary IgG.TRF,mALB,α1 - MG,β2 - MG and RBP in urinary albumin negatie groups with hypertension disease were obviously higher than those in controls(P<0.001) .Combining Six items together would raise the positive rate to 90.67% in diagnosis of hypertension disease. Conclusion The method is sensitive and reliable with the six items combined together for diagnosis of early renal disease in hypertension.
