氧对滋养细胞功能的调节与妊高征

摘要 人类胚胎植入部位及胎盘组织内氧含量的变化从着床持续到分娩的全过程。氧调节滋养细胞的增殖、分化和功能,滋养细胞氧含量异常与妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)、胎儿宫内发育异常等妊娠病理相关,深入了解氧对滋养细胞功能的调节有重要的意义。
