This paper deals with the design and realization of the integrative courseware development support system-FC. The paper also describes some techniques, such as courseware framework tree design, intelligent menu frame structure, graphic and text tools of development courseware on IBM-PC series mechanizm.It is characterized for flexibility of usefulness and easy maintenance, etc. Some applicated examples of FORTRAN CAIS show that the results are satisfactory.
