摘要
文章揭示了人力资源管理的内涵,在分析高校图书馆管理的基础上,阐述了在高校图书馆应树立运用人力资源管理的理念;要注重培养不同层次、不同结构的人才;要了解全体馆员的需求;规范管理制度;以实现对人才的动态管理。
This paper reveals the connotation of human resources management and argues that the concept of human resources management should be established in the libraries in colleges and universities on the basis of the analysis of the management of the libraries in colleges and universities: we should place more emphasis on the cultivation of the talents at different levels; understand the different needs of the librarians; standardize the management system in order to have a dynamic understanding of the talents.
