德育工作是中等职业学校培养德才兼备的专业技术人才的重要环节。但是,随着职业学校生源质量的普遍下降,德育工作也陷入了困境,面临诸多新的问题。各职业学校应根据新时期德育对象的新特点,解放思想,更新观念,认真研究德育工作中存在的各种问题,采取相应的对策措施,创造性地开展德育工作,保证职业学校人才培养目标的实现。

In secondary vocational schools, morality education is also an important link in the chain of cultivating professional personnel with both ability and political integrity. With the decline of the quality of students admitted to vocational schools, morality education gets into hot water and is facing quite a few problems. On the basis of students'characteristics in the new period, the vocational schools should emancipate their minds from obsolete concepts and earnestly study the problems in morality education so as to take effective and creative countermeasures. Only thus can they successfully achieve the goal of personnel training.
