摘要 《循证医学》至今已相继评价了自1995年Non鄄smallCellLungCancerCollaborativeGroup发表的Meta分析中最重要的4个术后辅助化疗相关的前瞻性随机对照研究,包括ECOG3590、ALPI、IALT和术后辅助化疗日本肺癌研究组(JapanLungCancerResearchGrouponPostsurgicalAdjuvantChemotherapy)的研究。对这些文献的深入研究将会对完全切除的非小细胞肺癌的临床实践有重大影响。
