本文从迈克尔·波特的竞争战略理论出发,对上海集成电路设计产业进行了SWOT分析,给出了上海集成电路设计产业的SWOT矩阵,在此基础上提出了上海集成电路设计产业的发展战略。

This paper commenced from strategic analysis theory of Porter M. E., and made SWOT analysis of design industry of integrated circuit of Shanghai, then listed SWOT matrix of design industry of integrated circuit of Shanghai. In the end, based on these contents, it brought forward the development stratagem of design industry of integrated circuit of Shanghai.
