摘要
蕨芽干是我国广大地区生成长的野菜,它不但清香可口,而且营养丰富,是山野中上乘的营养品。我们对蕨菜干的营养成分进行初步分析测度,以便科学开发。
Osmlanda Cinnamonea L is a kind of wild vegetable which grows in large region of our country .It not only smells fragrant, tastes delicious , but also contains plentiful nourishment .It is a best nourishment of countryside.For the pupose of science development , we proceed to analyse and measure it's nourishment compsition.
