摘要
工业化是一个国家地区现代化进程的必经阶段。推进工业化是宁夏缩小与先进地区差距,实现经济增长方式的战略性转变和在西部大开发中赢得先机的必然要求;也是提高宁夏经济发展水平,缓解就业压力,顺理推进城市化进程的必然。加快宁夏工业化的发展步伐,其前提是对工业化发展阶段有一个清楚的认识。
Industrialization is an inevitable stage in the process of modernization. It is a necessary requirement for Ningxia to promote industrialization so as to shorten the gap between Ningxia and the advanced regions, realize the strategic change of the mode of economic growth and win the advantage in the great development in the west. It is also a necessity for improving the economic development in Ningxia, relaxing the pressure of employment and promoting the progress of urbanization. A clear knowledge about the stages of industrialization is the base for speeding up the industrialization in Ningxia.
