ESWL对肾与输尿管结石开放取石术后残存结石合并漏尿的处理

Treatment of Residual Stone and Leakage of Urine After Open Stone Removal of Calculus of Kidney and Ureterolith With ESWL

目的 提高对ESWL治疗开放取石后残存结石进入输尿管内合并漏尿的肾与输尿管结石的治疗水平。方法 采用ESWL术治疗 34例开放取石后残存结石合并漏尿的肾与输尿管结石 ,其中 8例X线下难以定位的低密度及透光结石 ,采用大剂量延时法IVU可辅助定位碎石。结果 34例全部碎石成功、结石排净和肾功能恢复。结论 ESWL是治疗开放取石后残存结石合并漏尿的高效、安全、并发症少的首选方法 ,也是避免再次开放手术、或腔内治疗失败、再手术的方法 ,有临床推广价值。

Objective To improve the treatment of the combined leakage of urine caused by the residual stone entering the ureter after open stone removal with ESWL. Methods 34 cases with combined leakage urine and ureteral calculus after open stone removal were treated with ESWL, and in 8 cases the stones were hard to locate under X-rays because of their low density and transparentness, and can be located and broken with the aid of big dosage of time tapes method of IVU.Results Stones of 34cases were broken successfully and removed completely, and the renal function recovered. Conclusions ESWL is the an efficientandsafe method to treat the combined leakage of urine caused by the residual stone. It is a way to avoid secondary open operation or secondary operation caused by the failure of the treatment of the internal cavity .It is worth being popularized.
