Statute and Nursing Quality

目的 探讨护理纠纷因素及防范措施 ,最大限度地减少护理差错事故的发生。方法 寓法制教育于护理管理中 ,依法规范护士对患者的健康教育 ,用法律与道德约束护理行为 ,注重处理护患纠纷的礼仪。结果 通过加强法律与服务意识教育 ,全年无 1例与护理有关的医疗纠纷发生 ,护理差错事故为零 ;患者及家属对护理工作的满意率≥ 98% ;护理质量达标率 10 0 %。结论只有加强护理人员法律和职业道德教育 ,制定切实可行的防范措施 。

Objective To investigate the cause of nursing confliction and the preventing measurements in order to minimize the occurrence of the nursing accidents.Methods To involve the juridical education in the nursing administration, standardize the health instruction to the patients, restrict the nursing action with the statute and ethics, and stress the manner to handle the confliction between the nurse and the patient. Results Owing to strengthening of the juridical and service education, there was no medical confliction related to nursing and nursing accident happened in the whole year. The rate of the patients' satisfactory with the nursing was more than 98% and the rate of the qualified nursing service was 100%. Conclusions Strengthening the juridical and work ethic education to the nursing staff and making practicable preventing measurements were the key to reduce the nursing confliction.
