摘要
目的 探讨输尿管镜 (URS)气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效及体会。方法 分析输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石 10 2例的临床资料。结果 一次性碎石取石成功率为 91.2 %。并发症为肾绞痛 (5例 )、发热 (7例 )、输尿管穿孔(1例 )及血尿等。结论 输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石方法安全、微创。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Methods 102 cases with ureteral stone were treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotriptor. Results 91.2% of the stones were fragmented on one session. Complication were hematuresis (most cases)renal colic (5 cases), fever (7 cases), and perforation (1 cases). Conclusions The treatment of ureteral stones with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotriptor has features of safe, less trauma, and high success rate.
