摘要 用酸碱共沉淀法制备了四种铜基催化剂,在固定床微反 色谱联用装置上对制得的催化剂进行了二甲胺歧化性能的评价。结果表明,在Cu Zn Al Ni四元催化剂中增加少量的Al后,再分别加入少量的Ba、Fe、Mg,可对二甲胺催化歧化活性产生不同的影响。加入Mg可使歧化活性增强,加入Ba、Fe则可使歧化活性大大减弱,Fe对歧化活性的削弱作用大于Ba。 Four copper-based catalysts were prepared by means of co-precipitation of acid and alkali. Disproportionation of dimethyl amine (DMA) over the catalysts were investigated in a fixed bed catalytic micro-reactor equipped with gas chromatography. The results showed that incorporation of a little amount of barium, iron and magnesium, respectively, into the Cu-Zn-Al-Ni catalyst after supplementing a little amount of aluminum had different effects on activity of the DMA disproportionation catalysts. Magnesium promoted while barium and iron lowered activity of the catalysts for disproportionation, and iron lowered the activity more remarkably than barium.
