摘要
在对自聚焦透镜的光学特性分析的基础上,对引起自聚焦透镜间耦合损 耗的轴偏离、角偏离、间距大小以及装配误差、色差等误差原因进行了较为详 细的分析,并介绍自聚焦透镜在光纤传感系统中的应用,提出一种补偿结构, 从而提高光纤传感系统的测量精度和稳定性,达到很好的补偿效果.
Based on the analysis of optical properties of Selfoc lenses, error reasons are analyzed in details to cause coupling losses between Selfoc lenses such as lateral misalignment , angular mis-alignment ,end spacing and mounting error and chromatic aberration ,and the application of Selfoc lenses to the optical fiber sensing system is introduced. A compensating structure is proposed so as to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the optical fiber sensing system. It reaches a better compensating result.
