摘要
目的 了解不同剂量的胆红素作用下人红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2 +-ATPase活性的变化。探讨胆红素的细胞膜毒性及其机理。方法 洗涤人抗凝红细胞 ,钼酸铵定磷法测定。结果 随着胆红素剂量增加 ,细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2 +-ATPase活性逐渐降低 ,呈现一定剂量~效应关系。当胆红素剂量为 2 5 μmol·L- 1 时 ,对两种酶活性的抑制效应与对照相比有显著性差异。结论 胆红素对细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2
Objective The effects of bilirubin on the activities of Na +-K +-ATPase、Ca 2+-ATPase of erythrocyte membrane were investigated in vitro.Methods The activities of these ATPase in crythrocyte membcane treated with different concentration of bilirubin(0,5,12.5,25,50,100,200 umol·L -1)were determined by using spectrophotometry.Results The results showed that with the increase of bilirubin doses,the activities of two ATPase were decreased with negative dose-effect relationship.When bilirubin dose at≥25 μmol·L -1,the activities of Na +-K +-ATPase、Ca 2+-ATPase were inhabited obviously.Conclusion The results indicated that bilirubin could inhabited the activities of Na +-K +-ATPase、Ca 2+-ATPase of erythrocyte membrane.
