目的 探讨如何发现和认定杀人分尸第一现场。方法 利用现场搜查和勘验。结果 溅落血迹、抛甩血迹、地面流柱状血迹 ;包装、捆扎物剩余部分或残端及沉尸物 ;分尸工具 ;死者遗留指纹 ;与抛尸现场处相似的附着物 ;死者的遗留物等是发现和认定碎尸现场的重要线索和证据。结论 紧扣抛尸现场所蕴涵的各种信息 ,合理利用技术手段 ,全面科学地分析所掌握的资料和证据 。

Objective To explore how to find and identificate the original scene where suspicious criminals homicided and dismembered the corpses.Methods Through the technologies of searching and reconnoitering to the original scene.Results The blood stains left on the surface of the ground and some objects,the rest or stump of packages,the tools used for cutting corpses,the fingerprints from the victims,something left on the first scene similar to those attaching on the corpses,something left by the victims,all these were important codes and evidence from which the dismemberment scene was found and identificated.Conclusion Through the fndings in the second scene,using the technologies reasonablely,analyzing all the datas and evidence thoroughly,the original scene could be found and identificated correctly.
