脑梗死患者血清TNF-α和IL-8检测的临床意义

The clinical significance of TNF-α and IL-8 in serum of patients with cerebral infarction

目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血清TNF -α和IL - 8变化的临床意义。方法 采用ELISA方法测定 62例脑梗死患者和 48例同龄健康体检者血清TNF -α和IL - 8含量 ,并分析它们与梗塞体积的关系。结果 急性脑梗死患者血清TNF -α和IL - 8明显高于对照组 ,它们与脑梗死体积存在明显相关性。结论 急性脑梗死患者TNF -α和IL - 8是明显升高的 。

Objective To investigate the significance of serum levels(TNF-α、IL-8) in patients with cerebral infarction(CI). Methods The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were measured in 62 patients with (CI)and 48 healthy subjects by ELISA. The volume of CI were determined in 62 patients with CI.Results The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with CI were significantly higher compared to those in control group. The positive correlation between the serum levels(TNF-α、IL-8) and the volume of CI had been shown.Conclusion The serum level of TNF-αand IL-8 were significantly elevated in the patients with CI,which suggested that TNF-α and IL-8 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CI.
