摘要
粉末涂料同其他涂料一样,在施工中不可避免会出现一些问题,准确诊断并解决这些问题是涂料涂装工作者义不容辞的职责。本文从涂覆时出现的问题、涂层机械性能问题和涂层外观问题三个方面列举了16个问题,分析了问题产生的原因并提出了相应的解决办法。列袁叙述,简明直观,一目了然。
similar to other coatings,powder coating can appear some problems inevitably under construction.It is an obligatory job for the coating researcher to diagnose and solve accurately these problems.This paper list 16 problems which include three aspects of coating,the layer mechanical function and layer appearances,analyze the cause of the problems and bring some solution with tabular,brief and clear.
