建设生态型城市是上海国际化进程中的一个重要内容。本文扼要论述了生态环境质量与国际大都市之间的关系,上海建设生态型城市的指导思想、目前状况、实现目标和对策措施。
It' s an important content to develop an biological city in the course of metropolitanizing Shanghai. This artical expounds briefly the relationship between the quality of biological environment and the metropolis, and the directive thought, current situation, target and countermeasures of constructing the biological city.
