摘要 Bcl_2家族蛋白根据其在细胞凋亡中的作用,分为抑凋亡蛋白和促凋亡蛋白,在骨骼肌细胞和心肌细胞内,Bcl-2家族成员之间形成二聚体,调节细胞是否进入凋亡程序,运动对骨骼肌细胞和心肌细胞凋亡有重要影响。 Due to the apoptosis' effect of the Bel - 2 family proteins, it can be divided into anti - apoptotic and pro-apoptotic. In the muscles and cardiac, among the Bel-2 family members, it comes to be the two-together, which adjusts whether it gets into the program of the apoptosis. Sports have a great influence upon the apoptosis of the muscles and cardiac.
