青年初期的人格结构研究

THE STUDY OF PERSONALITY STRUCTURE OF YOUTH IN EARLY DAYS

以16PF为测量工具分析了青年初期的人格结构,研究发现,青年初期的人格结构在模式上与成人“大五”一致,其模式没有年龄特异性和文化特异性;但在内涵上,内外向性、情绪稳定性和谨慎性这三个维度是稳定的、普遍的,另外两个维度既对经验的开放性和宜人性存在着年龄特异性和文化特异性,分别命名为智慧和现实性。

Personality structure of youth in early days was analyzed in this study. The results show that its pattern is part of big -five model,pattern feature of personality stiucture has not differential at time of life. At the content feature of personality structure, extraversion, emotional stability and conscientiousness are all - pervading dimensionality, but two dimensionalities exist at differential culture and age;they were named brightness and reality.
