企业的发展除了必须依靠企业的物质资本、金融资本、人力资本和知识资本外,还与企业的社会资本 息息相关。企业家社会资本积累有利于提高企业的竞争力,有利于企业的发展。本文通过对影响企业发展的内外 资源的分类,对这些资源拥有者特点的分析提出了企业家应做出的策略选择。

Besides material capital, financial capital, human capital and information capital, the development of enterprises is closely related to their social capital. Enterprisers' accumulation of social capital is beneficial to improving enterprises' competitive strength and to development of enterprises. The article provides the strategy selection for enterprisers by classification of internal and external resources that affect enterprises'development and analysis of the features of the resources owners.
