摘要
讨论了高校余暇体育的内涵、特点开展高校余暇体育的现实意义 ,分析了目前开展高校余暇体育所存在的主要问题及对策 .
The definition,characteristics and practical significance of sports activities in college and universities are discussed.Meanwhile,the major problems and the ways to deal with them in developing sports activities in college and universities at present time are analyzed.
