中国文学之与世界性文化矛盾(上)——20世纪中国文学的民族化、西方化与世界化问题

Contradiction Between Chinese Literature and World Literature——On Problems of Nationalization, Westernization and Globalizationof the 20th-Century Chinese Literature

本文从对 2 0世纪中国文学史的分析出发 ,认为 2 0世纪中国文学的民族化和西方化实践基本上是不成功的。当代中国文学的世界性 ,根基不应从西方拿来 ,也不应从民族传统中继承 ,而应在独立面对中国社会“现代化” ,产生独创的艺术表现图式的基础上产生。就此 ,笔者既不赞同民族化主张 ,也不同意西方化观点 ,中国文学应该走“世界化”的道路。

Starting from the analysis of the 20th-century Chinese literary history, the article holds that the nationalizing and Westernizing practice of the 20th- century Chinese literature was a failure. The globalness of the contemporary Chinese literature shouldn't be based on the Western tradition or the Chinese tradition, but on the original and artistic schema originating from the modernization of the Chinese society. The author supports neither the nationalizing view nor Westernizing view, but thinks that the Chinese literature should go the way of globalization.
