摘要
利用计算机对船体外板几何造型进行研究,采用三维线框图表示模式,控制、分析计算和输出船体外板的三维形体;重点在于应用此方法进行船体外板样板、样箱的计算及结构显示,以图寻找外板放样完全自动化方法.其理论对外板自动加工成型,外板加工机器人检测、模拟,船型质量的激光检测有一定的参考价值.
The geometric modelling of the ship shell is studied by means of 3-D line graph. The 3-D geometry of the ship shell can be controlled, analyzed and given by computer. This paper emphasizes on calculating and giving the structures of the ship shell's sample-box and sample- plate. The aim is to find an automatic method of ship shell lofting. The theory has some reference worth for processing ship shell automatically, examining and simulating shel1 plate by robot and checking the hull by laser.
