WTO争端解决机制是WTO制度中最具特色的制度之一 ,是WTO安全运行的重要基石。介绍WTO争端解决机制的运行程序 ,并分析其对GATT争端解决机制的创新与发展。在此基础上 。
s: Being one of the most characterized systems of WTO, dispute settlement mechanism is a cornerstone to make WTO run safely. This article introduces the procedure of WTO dispute settlement mechanism, analyzes the innovation and development from that of GATT, and goes further into some current related problems.
