高职法学教育初探

A Study on Higher Vocational Law-education

近年来 ,高等职业教育蓬勃发展起来 ,高职教育的目标是培养实践能力强、能够迅速投身岗位的毕业生 ,实践是实现其教育目标的最直接途径。首先要改革传统的灌输式、说教式教学方法 ,以案例教学法激发学生的积极性、主动性和创造性 ;其次是建立模拟法庭 ,通过担当不同的角色 ,使学生充分验证和实践理论知识 ;第三是使用先进的教学手段 ,变枯燥无味的书本为生动形象的知识 ,提高学生的学习兴趣和教学质量 ;第四是加强师资队伍建设 ,让专、兼职教师发挥不同层面的作用 。

In recent years, the higher vocational education is developing quickly. Its objecfive is to train graduates practical competency, to which practice is the most direct and efficient approach. However, how to put on-job practice into teaching process? Firstly, we should reform the traditional teaching models, and turns to the cultivation of enthusiasm, innovativity and creativity of students by using practical cases. Secondly, set up simulating court, let students play different parts, and practise their professional knowledge. Thirdly, adopt advanced teaching methods to change the boring textbook into active knowledge, and thus improve students' interest and teaching quality. Finally, establish an excellent team of law teachers, and let both full-time and part_time teachers play special parts to enrich the educational scope.
