摘要
长期以来 ,我国国有企业普遍都忽视了人力资本在企业中的重要作用 ,直接表现为对企业经营者的激励严重不足 ,这也成为目前我国国企改革的重大障碍。因此构建有效的激励体系 ,发挥人力资本的重要作用 。
During the reformation of state_owned enterprises, there has always been serious ignorance of the important functions of human capital, which is directly shown as lack of incentives for management. As a matter of fact, this has become the biggest obstacle to the state_owned enterprises' reformation at present. Therefore, the key to the success of state_owned enterprises is to establish a motivating management system.
