摘要
法学教育如何适应现代社会的发展,已成为一个重要而紧迫的问题。分析国外法学教育方法的发展趋势,传统的高等学校法学教育存在的问题,并对我国高职法学教育的改革及发展提出了一些建设性意见。
How to adapt legal education to the development of society is an important and urgent matter. The article analyzes the development trend of foreign legal education and the problems of traditional higher legal education. It also gives some suggestions on reformation and development of higher vocational legal education.
