论国际经济法基本原则在我国法中的体现

On reflection of the fundamental principle of International Economical Law in our national law

法律全球化是伴随着经济全球化而正在进行的一个过程 ,国际经济法基本原则无疑是这一过程的精髓。本文从国际经济法基本原则的定义入手 ,重点论述了国际经济法的三个基本原则 :经济主权原则 ,平等互利原则 ,国际合作和共同发展原则及其在我国法中的体现 ,并结合世界贸易组织协议提出了一些完善措施 。

This article begins with the definition of the fundamental principle of International Economical Law(IEL),then discusses the comcrete fundamental principles of IEL; the principle of economic sovereignty?the principle of equality and mutual benefits?the principle of international cooperation and co-development and analyses their reflection in our national law, and advances several improving measures, thus projecting the significant role of the fundamental principle of IEL in our legislation and international communication.
