Discussion of Supervision on Investigated Cases by the Procuratorate

目前 ,检察机关对自侦案件的侦查监督存在法律空白点 ,由此引发司法实践的诸多问题。建构这一监督机制 ,是依法治国、依法治检的迫切要求。

At present there is a blind spot about the supervision on the investigation of cases investigated by the procuratorate own, which causing many problems in the judicial practice. It is the urgent requirement of 'ruling the state with law' and 'ruling the procuratorate with law' to establish th e supervision system.
