复制衰老的分子生物学进展

Molecular and Cell Biology of Replicative Senescence

摘要 对有关复制衰老分子生物学近年来的研究成果进行了综述,主要包括:1)复制衰老的特征及其与年龄衰老和肿瘤抑制的关系;2)Rb和p53基因及生长调节基因在复制衰老中的作用. We summerised the molecular and cell biology of replicative senescence, discussed the character of replicative senescence, the relation between replicative senescence and aging, replicative senescence and tumor suppression , concluded the role of Rb, p53 and growth regulatory genes in the process of replicative senescence.
