To conveniently and accurately measure photosynthetic rate and respiratory rate of plant, highly sensitive pH meter and complex electrode were introduced the measuring system. Taking the sample determination for example, the measuring principle and conjunction of airflow circuit and standardization of complex electrode were elaborated. Meanwhile, the matters needing attention during determination were pointed out.
