摘要
本文利用弹塑性接触问题边界元法分析了轧机油膜轴承锥套与轧辊颈装配过程中的变形和载荷特性 ,讨论了接触应力和变形对锥套与辊颈损伤的影响 ,给出了防止锥套与辊颈装配过程损伤改进的具体措施。
Various kinds of oil film bearings have found wide use in modern mills.Under rolling pressure,the performance of oil film bearings'taper sleeve and liner plays an important role in the reliability and safety of the bearings.Taper sleeve and liner contact comes in three ways:keyed jointing,elastic plastic contact with accessory,elastic plastic contact withour accessory.The third way features stable load transmission,and no derivative rolling pressure amplitude wave because the rolling pressure is tranmitted through the elastic binding force from interference fit and thus the taper sleeve's peripheral rigidity remains even.Accessoryless elastic plastic contact taper sleeve,which is used in the support roller of 1580PC mill of Baogang in Shanghai,is a patent product of Mitsubish Heavy Industries Ltd of Japan. Because the interference fit of the sleeve and the roller neck of the mill is assembled through hydraulic expansion,the contact surface between the sleeve and the roller neck poses a complex 3 dimensional mechanics problem,which is now a focus in the study of solid mechanics.A theoretical analysis of its mechanical behavior will help to determine the mechanics of fish tail,spot erosion and other surface damages resulting from assembly of sleeve and roller neck,and the mechanics of adhesion in the process of rolling,to reduce wear of the contact surface between the sleeve and the roller neck,to optimize linkage mode of sleeve and roller neck,and improve the performance of oil film bearings.The paper employs BEM for elastic plastic contact problems to study the contact problem of sleeve and roller neck under the special way of assembly,discusses contact distribution,the influence of expansion oil pressure on contact stress and deformation of the sleeve,and the characteristics of the stress field under combined action of expansion oil pressure and shrink range.
