摘要
通过对轧机关键设备的润滑油进行定期跟踪监测 ,利用理化分析、光谱分析和铁谱分析等摩擦学分析手段 ,及时掌握油品的使用状况和设备的磨损情况 。
In order to monitor the lubricating status and wear condition of rolling mill, this paper introduce a method analysis the oil periodically collected from the equipment by means of physical chemistry, emission spectrum and ferrograph, this result can guide the fault diagnosis of equipment and equipment condition based maintenance.
