摘要 网络课程评价是保证网络课程质量的重要环节。本文以对网络课程评价现状的分析出发,提出构建“网络课程评价管理系统”的设想,描述了系统的目标、设计思想、用户需求分析及技术路线。该系统的实现为网络课程评价工作的实施提供了很好的工具和手段。 Online courses are one of the key elements in the online learning and teaching repertoire. Therefore, their quality is always under the scrutiny of educators. To ensure the quality of online courses, an efficient mechanism is much needed. However, attempts at evaluation are restricted due to manpower limitations, geographical separation and arduous statistical work. To tackle these problems, we recommend the construction of an online course evaluation management system. This system is based on the B/S mode and allows evaluation personnel to carry out evaluations at any time and place. The standards adopted represent a number of benchmarks that can be shown in a hierarchical format. Evaluation activities are then assigned with different weights which are calculated using a hierarchical analysis method. The statistical analysis of evaluation data is automatically done by the system using the fuzzy and holistic judgment method. As different evaluation goals and targets may call for different criteria, this system allows users to configure their specific evaluation criteria according to situational needs and the types of parties involved in the evaluation process. The analysis, design and implementation of this modular system incorporate UML (unified modeling language), MVC stratified system theory, Java-based servlets, JSP and Java Bean technology. This system has the potential of offering a practical tool for evaluating online courses.
