摘要
介绍了中国加入 WTO后房地产的大背景状况 ,分析了房地产市场以及房地产投资的状况 ,针对这些状况 ,找出影响房地产投资的各投资风险的主要因素 ,然后从规避风险方面提出对策 .
A context was analysed about building investment after China taking part in the WTO by the author. Some main factors effecting the countermeasure of building investment was proposed and many means was put out to avoid the rise of building investment.
