Real time information integration is one of the key technologies for computer integrate process system(CIPS),the four grand architectures are introduced from the real time information integration. The concept and characteristics have been introduced, the task of the process information integration based on real time database has been analyzed. The important position of the OPC in the real time information exchange has been pointed out.
