Setting up the Viewpoints of Regarding Human as Essence in Ideological and Political Work

创新是当今时代的主题和特征,思想政治工作的观念和思路、方法和手段、机制和制度需要创新。思想政治工作从观念上必须树立以人为本的群众观念,充分体现和实现人的本质;从方式方法上必须把握“变”和“不变”的策略;从制度上必须建立系统性的新机制。

Bringing forth new ideas is a thesis and characteristics of modem society. Ideas and thoughts, methods and means, mechanism and regulations in ideological and political work should be reformed. From the viewpoints of ideas, the conception of regarding human as essence should be set up so as to display and realize human's nature completely;from the angle of methods, 'changing' and 'remaining' strategies should be controlled well and in regulations, a new systematic mechanism should be set up.
