经济法基础理论研究。对健全经济法制建设具有重要意义。从实践与理论素材中抽取本位论、价值论、概念论三个方面进行深入探讨,得出:整体本位是经济法之哲学基础,经济法之所以是适应经济与社会向前发展需要高层次的法律,是一门独立的部门法,是由其特有的概念及价值观决定的。

The basic theoretical research of economic constitution has important significance to the legal systematic construction of economy. This thesis deeply explores the three sides, the theory of standard, the theory of value and the theory of concept, from theory and practice, so that we are thus led to the conclusions that the entire standard is the philosophic base of economic constitution; that economic constitution is upper level law to suit the needs of the development of economy and society; that it is an independent departmental law; and that it is also determined by its specific concept and view of value.
