摘要
以对氯甲苯为原料,通过氯化、催化水解合成对氯苯甲醛,其关键是控制好反应条件,其中物质的量比、氯化深度和催化水解时催化剂的用量,是保证得率的关键,通过实验,找到了一种较好的合成方法。其物质的量比:n(对氯甲苯):n(三氯化磷);n(二氯化锡)=1.5:0.07:0.8,产率可达59.2%。
Through chlorination, catalysis and hydrolysis, para-choroluene can be synthetized into parachorobenzaldehyde. The key is to control the reaction conditions, in which quantization of substanes, depth of chlorination, and quantity of catalyst is the major step to success. Rate of quantization is n: n: n = 1.5 : 0.07 : 0.08. Rate of product can be raisecl at 59.2%.
