摘要
为了确保东北亚在全球化过程中的地方优势,提高地区竞争力,为争取现今IT潮流中东北亚200余年以来最初的次领先地位,同时,也是为了克服该地区现存复杂的政治条件,本文提出了推行黄海自由贸易圈的构想,并确定其区域划分和分阶段实施的意见。
This paper puts forward the idea of constructing Yellow sea free trade Circle to ensure regional advantages and competitiveness and keeps going ahead of information technology in the central Northeast. It also could be helpfull to overcome the obstacles arising from existed complicated political situations in the area. The pape also gives opinions on area divisions and phase plans.
